Masonry weep holes

At Brick and Stone areas weep holes are required to be present a maximum 33" apart and be a minimum 3/16" in size.
Stucco is required to have a weep screed (shown here) on the bottom of the application.Click to Enlarge

 

All masonry should have expansion joints to cut down on settling cracks in the masonry areas as seen in the top photo.
