Base Pricing for Owner Builder Consulting Fee: 
    
       Up to   2000 sf Home:  $ 6,500 - $ 7,000
       2000 - 2800 sf Home:  $ 7,000 - $  8,000
       2800 - 3400 sf Home:  $ 8,000 - $  9,000 
       3400 - 4000 sf Home:  $ 9,000 - $  9,500
       4000 - 4600 sf Home:  $ 9,500 - $10,000
       4600 - 5200 sf Home: $10,000 - $10,500
        Over  5200 sf Home: $10,500  and  up

Note: Pricing may be affected by amenities, location, etc

The Home Inspection pricing below is for inspecting preowned / completed / existing homes

  3,001 to 3,500 sq. ft.          $ 350.00              Note: Homes over 20 years old :         add  $ 25.00

  3,501 to 4000 sq. ft.           $ 400.00                       Homes over 40 years old :          add  $ 50.00

  4,001 to 4500 sq. ft.           $ 450.00               
                    
  4,501 and up                   .10 / sq. ft.


             Example:  1965 Square Foot (living area) home with a slab foundation and 24 years old would be
                                $ 250.00 + $ 25.00  (over 20 years old)                                            =  $ 275.00  Total Inspection Fee

             Example:  2574 Square foot (living area) home with a pier and beam foundation built in 1958 would be 
                               $ 325.00 +  $ 50.00 (pier and beam) + $ 50.00 (over 40 years old) =  $ 400.00  Total Inspection Fee

             Example:  2389 Square Foot (living area) home with a slab foundation and 10 years old would be  
                                                                                                                                            =  $ 280.00  Total Inspection Fee
